Manager, Organizational Effectiveness – US Based Remote

Anywhere Integrated Services is hiring a Manager, Organizational Effectiveness to lead our People Enablement program office on a remote basis anywhere in the US. This full-time role focuses on ensuring our HR initiatives deliver meaningful business value.

About the Role

In this position, you'll direct strategic People Enablement programs designed to amplify organizational performance. Within our dedicated program office, you'll own the oversight of HR-driven projects and initiatives, ensuring they're executed with excellence and measurable business impact. Your work spans portfolio management, stakeholder coordination, and change leadership—roles that collectively transform how our organization works and succeeds.

Responsibilities

• Manage the People Enablement portfolio, identifying priorities and ensuring resources align with initiatives that drive the greatest business value
• Lead cross-functional change initiatives, providing teams with clear direction, communication, and support through organizational transitions
• Design enhanced workflows and processes that enable teams to operate more effectively and efficiently
• Coordinate project delivery timelines, track progress against milestones, and report on program outcomes to key stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with HR leadership and business partners to diagnose organizational challenges and implement scalable solutions
• Monitor metrics and feedback to continuously refine how our People Enablement programs serve the business

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in organizational development, program or project management, business operations, or human resources
• Demonstrated success managing end-to-end initiatives involving multiple departments, stakeholders, and competing priorities
• Excellence in communication, facilitation, and relationship-building across organizational levels and functions
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and the ability to track, analyze, and communicate program results
• Strong project management discipline, with attention to timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Experience designing or implementing organizational change programs is strongly preferred
