Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to manufacture furniture components to exact specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical work orders
• Perform setup and calibration of machining equipment before and between production runs
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality compliance
• Make adjustments to machine settings to ensure consistent output and minimize scrap
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
• Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to meet production targets
