About the Role

As a Lead Product Designer - Pharmacy, you'll drive the strategy and execution of Humana's pharmacy experience across our digital platforms. This leadership position combines hands-on design work with cross-functional collaboration, allowing you to influence product decisions that directly impact how members access and understand their medications and pharmacy benefits.

Your Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences for pharmacy-related features and member journeys across web and mobile applications
• Lead design discovery, research, and testing to understand member needs and pain points within the pharmacy domain
• Partner with product management, engineering, clinical teams, and stakeholders to translate business objectives and member insights into actionable design solutions
• Establish and maintain design standards, component systems, and best practices for pharmacy-focused products
• Guide and mentor design team members through complex problems and facilitate design reviews
• Advocate for user-centered design principles while navigating business and technical constraints

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design with a strong portfolio
• 2+ years in a design leadership or senior design role with demonstrated ability to shape product strategy
• Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and design validation techniques
• Experience designing for regulated healthcare environments or complex consumer-facing applications
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to influence stakeholders
• Proficiency with design tools, prototyping platforms, and design systems
• Commitment to creating accessible, inclusive, and member-centered digital experiences
