Senior Healthcare Network Consultant

Humana is seeking a full-time Senior Healthcare Network Consultant to join our team in Concord, Merrimack County. In this role, you'll partner with healthcare providers across our network to optimize performance, strengthen clinical quality outcomes, and support the delivery of care that makes a meaningful difference for our members.

About the Role

As a Senior Healthcare Network Consultant, you'll be instrumental in driving provider success and network performance. You'll combine relationship-building expertise with deep knowledge of healthcare quality metrics to help providers achieve their goals. This position reports to the Manager of Network Performance and plays a key part in connecting provider capabilities with member needs.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute tailored strategies to help network providers improve their performance metrics, including clinical quality and patient satisfaction scores
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, serving as their primary liaison for performance discussions and improvement initiatives
• Analyze provider data and performance trends to identify opportunities for advancement in quality and efficiency
• Collaborate on implementation of evidence-based best practices and clinical improvement programs across the network
• Support providers in meeting regulatory and contractual requirements while maintaining alignment with Humana's mission and values
• Communicate performance insights clearly to both internal teams and external providers

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare network management, provider relations, or similar healthcare performance roles
• Strong knowledge of healthcare quality metrics, clinical standards, and network operations
• Proven ability to develop relationships and drive collaborative problem-solving with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with healthcare data analysis and reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a results-focused environment
