The Opportunity

As Plant Director, you will oversee all aspects of daily manufacturing operations, ensuring our facility meets production targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. You'll lead a team of skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment where your strategic decisions directly impact our ability to deliver trusted packaging solutions to consumers across North America. Core Duties

  • Direct all manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance
  • Establish and enforce safety protocols, environmental standards, and quality control measures
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a diverse team of supervisors, operators, and maintenance professionals
  • Manage budget accountability, cost reduction initiatives, and capital expenditure planning
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Drive efficiency improvements, throughput optimization, and waste reduction
  • Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and corporate leadership to meet business objectives

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience, with at least 5 years in a plant leadership role
  • Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar budgets and large teams
  • Strong background in safety management and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or operations (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, performance-driven environment
