Project Leadership at Parexel connects clinical research ambition with execution excellence. In this full-time position within our Biotech Division, you'll manage end-to-end project delivery, orchestrate teams across geographies and disciplines, and ensure that research initiatives advance from conception through successful completion. Every decision you make ripples through our client relationships, team dynamics, and ultimately, patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Own project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution for biotech and clinical trial portfolios
• Lead cross-functional teams toward project milestones with clarity, accountability, and support
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, sponsors, internal teams, and regulatory partners
• Track project performance, identify emerging risks, and execute corrective strategies in real time
• Communicate status, insights, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and team capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience managing biotech, clinical research, or pharmaceutical development projects
• Deep familiarity with clinical trial operations and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Proven track record leading and mentoring high-performing teams
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Project management experience or certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Ability to thrive in complex, matrix environments with competing priorities
