About the Role
We're hiring a Litigation Paralegal to be a cornerstone of our legal team. You'll manage complex personal injury cases from intake through resolution, working directly with attorneys and clients to ensure every detail receives meticulous attention. Your organizational skills and legal expertise will help streamline our case workflow and strengthen our client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and organize case files, pleadings, motions, and legal documents for personal injury litigation
- Conduct legal research and factual investigations to support case strategies
- Manage discovery processes, including document review, organization, and responses
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and expert witnesses
