About the Role

As a Catering Specialist at Mendocino Farms, you'll earn $20.00–$25.00 per hour including tips while taking on a leadership position within our catering department. What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate the catering team through daily shifts
• Manage end-to-end execution of catering orders
• Engage directly with catering clients to understand their event needs and ensure complete satisfaction
• Execute daily sales-building activities to drive continued catering growth
• Maintain high standards of quality and presentation for all catered events
