About the Role

As the Superintendent for this affordable housing community in Morrisville, NY, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and smooth functioning of the property. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall maintenance, repair, and general condition of the Wilcox Apartments property and grounds
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and address building issues as they arise
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep systems and units in good working order
• Coordinate with property management staff and outside vendors or contractors when needed
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented living environment for residents

Qualifications

• Practical experience in building maintenance, facilities, or property upkeep, preferably within residential or affordable housing
• Working knowledge of general repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades
• Dependable, organized, and able to prioritize tasks while working with limited supervision
• Strong communication skills and a resident-focused, service-oriented approach
• Willingness to be based on-site in Morrisville, Madison County, NY for this full-time role
