What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist guests with inquiries about our river trips, canoe rentals, and lake activities
- Process reservations and manage booking information accurately

- Conduct pre-trip safety briefings and equipment orientation
- Handle payments and maintain transaction records
- Address guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain a clean and welcoming guest services area
- Support the team during peak seasons and special events
