About the Role

Marcus by Goldman Sachs is the consumer-focused digital banking business delivering high-yield savings accounts and certificates of deposit directly to individual savers nationwide. As a Tier I Specialist in our Draper location, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking guidance, resolving account questions, and supporting their financial goals through our intuitive digital platform.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer inquiries regarding savings accounts, CDs, rates, and account features with accuracy and professionalism
• Guide customers through account opening, funding, and management processes
• Address billing questions, transaction clarifications, and technical account issues
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed
• Educate customers about Marcus products and the value of saving with a Goldman Sachs-backed digital bank
• Maintain service quality standards while handling inbound contacts efficiently
