Join Goldman Sachs as a Training & Development Associate within our AWM (Advisors With Managed Accounts) division in Dallas, Texas. In this full-time role, you'll design and deliver transformational learning experiences that elevate the expertise, capabilities, and professional development of Ayco's financial advisors and planners.
About the Role
As a Training & Development Associate at Goldman Sachs, you'll be central to our mission of building world-class talent within Ayco. You'll partner with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and business teams to create impactful training programs—from curriculum development and instructional design through delivery and measurement. Your work will directly influence how our financial professionals serve clients and drive the firm's success.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop training curricula, learning modules, and development programs tailored to advisors, planners, and support staff at all experience levels
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and coaching—both in-person in our Dallas office and through digital formats
- Assess organizational learning needs through stakeholder interviews, performance data, and feedback to identify skill gaps
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content reflects current market conditions, compliance requirements, and best practices
- Create training materials, presentation decks, job aids, and digital resources that support diverse learning styles
- Track and measure training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics
- Stay current with adult learning methodologies, instructional technology, and industry trends in financial services
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, human resources, business, or related field
- Experience designing, developing, or delivering corporate training programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex financial or business concepts
- Project management capability and attention to detail in curriculum development
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior-level stakeholders
- Genuine interest in wealth management, financial advisory, or the financial services industry
