About the Role
As a Remote Customer Success Representative, you'll build meaningful, lasting relationships with clients while helping them navigate their benefits programs and understand their options. Part of our Fortune 500-backed organization, you'll work with pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required—focusing on delivering exceptional, personalized support and guidance to every member.
What You'll Do
- Guide union members, associations, and families through their benefits programs and coverage options
- Help clients understand eligibility requirements and how to access the benefits available to them
- Answer questions and address concerns with clarity and professionalism
- Build lasting relationships through attentive, personalized client support
- Work with warm, inbound leads provided by the company
- Support members in making informed decisions about their benefits enrollment and usage
