About the Role

As the Marketing & Growth Lead at Cheez, you'll own the strategy and execution behind how new users discover and fall in love with our app. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Founder/CEO and a small, ambitious team, you'll shape every stage of the growth funnel — from first impression to loyal, engaged community member. This is a hands-on, on-site position in Warren, Macomb County, ideal for someone eager to make measurable impact early.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and run data-informed marketing campaigns that grow our user base, lift brand awareness, and deepen engagement.
• Partner closely with the Founder/CEO and wider team to plan, produce, and distribute standout content across multiple channels.
• Track performance metrics and continually refine acquisition and retention tactics based on what the numbers reveal.
• Identify and test new growth channels suited to a consumer social product.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving user acquisition and engagement, ideally for a consumer app or social product.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn marketing data into clear, actionable decisions.
• Skilled at creating and distributing compelling content across social, digital, and other channels.
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment and collaborating directly with founders.
