About the Role

As Product Management Lead at our Raleigh office, you'll own the strategic vision and execution of Honeywell Forge's cloud-hosted applications designed specifically for utilities. This position is central to developing our AI-driven product strategy and ensuring every feature and release creates tangible business value for utility customers managing complex operations across multiple departments.

What You'll Do

• Define the product roadmap and prioritize features that address real utility workflow challenges across operations, maintenance, dispatch, and customer service functions
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into product specifications and development priorities
• Drive the integration and deployment of AI capabilities that enhance utility efficiency, reliability, and customer engagement
• Measure product performance and business impact, establishing metrics that demonstrate value delivery to customers and stakeholders
• Partner with sales, customer success, and engineering teams to align product strategy with market opportunity and customer feedback
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities within the utilities industry

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in product management for enterprise cloud or SaaS applications
• Strong familiarity with utilities operations, workflow challenges, or adjacent regulated industries
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts—particularly AI and machine learning—into business value
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics that drive business decisions
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and rapid change
