As a Roustabout in Midland, Midland County, you'll be essential to the success of daily oilfield operations. What You'll Do
- Maintain and repair oilfield equipment, machinery, and infrastructure
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment under supervision
- Set up, transport, and break down drilling and production equipment
- Clean and prepare work sites to maintain operational readiness and safety compliance
- Assist crews with physical tasks and manual labor during all phases of operations
- Work through varying weather conditions and demanding environmental circumstances
- Follow safety protocols rigorously in potentially hazardous industrial settings
- Respond to changing assignments and contribute flexibly to team objectives
