About the Role

As a Lead Sales Associate at our Keeseville location, you'll play an important part in ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience while supporting store operations. You'll work closely with management to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment where customers feel valued.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance with product selection and questions
• Ring up sales accurately and handle cash and digital payments securely
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain appealing product displays
• Assist with inventory control and merchandise replenishment throughout your shifts
• Guide and mentor newer team members in customer service and store procedures
• Complete opening and closing duties, including register counts and store security checks
