About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at our Amityville store, you'll partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and create an excellent shopping experience for every customer. In this on-site role, you'll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership across store floors and back-of-house operations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and support the Store Manager across all functions
• Lead and coach store associates to deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage inventory, restocking, and merchandising to keep our shelves customer-ready
• Handle cash operations, register accuracy, and financial responsibility
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
• Assist with recruiting, training, and developing your store team
• Monitor loss prevention and protect store assets
• Drive sales performance and help achieve store financial targets
