Role Overview

As Nurse Manager, you'll oversee nursing operations and serve as a clinical leader within our substance abuse treatment program. This full-time position requires strong nursing expertise, sound decision-making, and the ability to guide staff through complex patient situations. You'll balance hands-on patient care with management responsibilities, ensuring high-quality treatment delivery and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and train nursing and clinical staff across the facility
• Monitor staff performance, development, and scheduling
• Provide direct patient assessment and intervention as clinically indicated
• Enforce treatment program policies and clinical protocols
• Address grievances and concerns from patients and staff with professionalism and empathy
• Exercise independent judgment in clinical and operational decision-making
• Lead completion of projects and quality initiatives within established timelines
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations

Skills & Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• Experience supervising clinical or nursing staff in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of addiction medicine and substance abuse treatment principles
• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and independent work capability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
