Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or demonstrated commitment to obtain one
• Customer service experience or willingness to develop customer-facing skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical retail tasks
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable attendance and punctual arrival
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
