About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Dollar General, helping shoppers find what they need and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will work closely with store leadership to support daily operations and contribute to a team‑oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers upon entry and assist them with product selections.
• Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Stock shelves, arrange merchandise, and maintain tidy aisles according to planograms.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management to replenishment needs.
• Keep the store clean, including sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and maintaining restroom standards.
• Follow company safety policies and loss‑prevention procedures.

• Provide feedback to supervisors on customer preferences and store conditions.
