Join Dollar General as an Assistant Store Manager in Ballston Lake, Saratoga County, and help us deliver on our mission to serve our communities. This is a full-time position where you'll take on a leadership role in one of our busy retail locations, supporting day-to-day operations and driving excellent customer service in an Burnt Hills, NY store.

About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work directly with the Store Manager to keep operations running smoothly, ensure a positive shopping experience, and maintain a well-organized, welcoming store environment. This is a hands-on management position where you'll be involved in everything from inventory to customer interactions to team leadership.

What You'll Do

• Assist with store management and daily operational tasks
• Supervise and support store associates, including training and scheduling
• Help maintain a clean, well-stocked store with proper visual merchandising
• Oversee customer service delivery and resolve customer concerns
• Support cash handling, point-of-sale procedures, and loss prevention
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and receiving
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Step in as Store Manager when needed
