Denovo Review is hiring a General Liability Attorney to serve clients in Cooper City, Broward County. This full-time position invites an experienced legal professional to join our litigation practice and manage complex defense matters for businesses and individuals across the region.

About the Role

As our General Liability Attorney, you'll take on a diverse caseload of high-stakes litigation matters. Your practice will span multiple liability areas, allowing you to develop deep expertise while providing strategic counsel to clients navigating significant legal exposure. You'll work within our collaborative litigation team, balancing independent decision-making with the support of experienced colleagues.

What You'll Do

• Defend clients in premises liability claims, including slip-and-fall, property damage, and premises-related injury cases
• Handle products liability litigation for manufacturers and distributors facing product defect and injury claims
• Manage general tort claims including negligence, breach of duty, and damages disputes
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare cases for trial or settlement
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers to advance case outcomes
• Represent clients through discovery, depositions, and courtroom proceedings
• Develop litigation strategy tailored to each client's risk profile and business objectives

What We're Looking For

• Licensed to practice law in Florida
• Demonstrated experience in general liability defense, insurance defense, or commercial litigation
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with ability to communicate persuasively to judges, juries, and clients
• Proficiency in legal research platforms and case management systems
• Professional judgment and attention to detail in managing multiple cases
• Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a team-oriented practice environment
