Director of Performance Marketing

Hired Recruiters in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing for a full-time role. We're building a high-impact marketing organization and need a strategic leader to design and scale our performance marketing initiatives.

About the Role

You will direct a comprehensive performance marketing function responsible for driving customer acquisition and supporting company growth targets. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on campaign management, requiring you to establish processes, build a team, and deliver measurable results through paid media investments.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement performance marketing strategies that align with business goals
• Manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing for cost efficiency and conversion
• Evaluate and expand into new marketing channels and platforms
• Oversee creative testing, asset development, and campaign production
• Build and develop a high-performing marketing team
• Track performance metrics, conduct analysis, and adjust strategy based on data insights
• Manage marketing budgets and demonstrate clear ROI on investments
• Report progress and recommendations to executive leadership

What We're Looking For

• Extensive background leading performance marketing campaigns or digital marketing teams
