About the Role

What You'll Do
- Teach social work courses and facilitate student learning of course material
- Assess and evaluate student performance and progress
- Oversee classroom management and create an engaging learning environment
- Hold regular office hours to support student success
- Participate in faculty trainings, orientation sessions, and program development activities
- Master institutional systems including Banner and Brightspace learning management platforms
- Utilize video conferencing and online instructional technologies, including Zoom, for course delivery as needed
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or equivalent field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience in social work education or related teaching
- Strong foundation in social work theory, practice methods, and professional ethics
- Demonstrated ability to engage and support diverse student learners
