About the Role

As an Account Manager in our Commercial Insurance division, you'll be the primary contact for a portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients. You'll manage ongoing client relationships, identify coverage gaps, process policy renewals, and help clients navigate their insurance needs as their businesses grow. This is a full-time position based in our Palm Bay office, where you'll work closely with our team to deliver personalized service and build lasting partnerships.

What You'll Do

Service and grow a dedicated book of commercial insurance clients
Review existing policies and recommend coverage improvements or cost-saving opportunities
Process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with accuracy and attention to detail
Respond to client inquiries and resolve coverage or billing questions promptly

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of commercial insurance experience (P&C, general liability, workers' compensation preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain insurance concepts clearly
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts
Proficiency with insurance management software and standard office applications
Valid Florida insurance license or willingness to obtain one
