About the Role
This full-time, permanent Facilities Maintenance Technician position is located in Savery, Wyoming and offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a dedicated onsite role. You'll work independently to address maintenance needs across our facilities, from routine upkeep to complex problem-solving, ensuring operational continuity and safety.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues within building systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment to extend equipment lifespan and reduce downtime
- Execute repairs and maintenance work to keep the property functioning reliably
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize work based on operational needs
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records for all completed work
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and relevant building codes
What We're Looking For
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and facility maintenance equipment
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related skilled trade
