Inspired Thinking Group is hiring a Director of Studio Operations to lead creative studio operations in Cincinnati, Hamilton County. In this full-time role, you'll oversee all studio operations, from team management and financial stewardship to client delivery and day-to-day production excellence, reporting to our Chief Creative Officer of the Americas and our Global Chief Production Officer.
About the Role
As Director of Studio Operations for the Cincinnati studio, you'll manage the strategic and operational side of our creative business. You'll own the studio budget, drive operational excellence, and ensure our team delivers world-class creative work on time and on spec. This leadership position bridges creative excellence with operational discipline.
What You'll Do
- Build and develop a high-performing creative team, recruiting, onboarding, and managing studio talent
- Oversee production management from client intake through final delivery, ensuring quality and timeline adherence
- Manage the studio budget, monitor financial performance, and optimize resource allocation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and production coordination
- Establish and implement studio policies, processes, and workflows that maximize team productivity
- Coordinate with leadership across all studio operations and strategic planning
- Track key performance metrics and report operational status to executive leadership
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a creative studio, production house, or similar environment
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and client relationships simultaneously
- Strong operational and project management skills with a track record of improving efficiency
- Experience with production workflows, timelines, and quality assurance
- Financial acumen and comfort managing P&L responsibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
