About the Role
MCC is seeking a motivated, hardworking individual for a full-time General Labor (Days) position at our Niles, IL facility. This is an on-site role ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work and wants to contribute to high-quality label and packaging production for leading consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day production operations on the floor during day shift hours
- Assist with material handling, line setup, and general manufacturing tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with facility standards
- Work collaboratively with production team members to meet output targets
- Follow all company safety protocols and quality guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting as required
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in general labor, manufacturing, or a warehouse setting is a plus but not required
- Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality and safety
