Social Media Manager

About the Role

This is a full-time position reporting to the Design and Marketing Manager. You'll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of our social media presence, from concept development through final publication. You'll blend marketing strategy with creative production, developing content that resonates with our target audience and drives meaningful engagement for Featherlite Trailer Manufacturing LLC.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals and brand voice
• Conceive, plan, and produce original visual content including photography, videography, and graphics
• Manage daily posting schedules, community engagement, and audience growth across platforms
• Create compelling written content that tells our brand story and highlights our products
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and optimize content strategy based on data
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
• Stay current with platform trends and social media best practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
• Strong visual sensibility and demonstrated ability to create or direct engaging content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics software
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on creative execution
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Familiarity with marketing principles and audience engagement strategies
