About the Role

We're seeking a Meta Paid Ads Strategist & Buyer to own the development, launch, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). You'll work with law firm clients, managing budgets, testing creative approaches, and using analytics to make smart decisions that drive measurable business growth. This role blends strategic planning with day-to-day campaign management in a collaborative agency environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute Meta advertising strategies aligned with client business goals and target audience segments
• Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and ad spend allocation to maximize ROI across Facebook and Instagram
• Create, test, and refine audience targeting, creative formats, and messaging for law firm clients
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to drive improvements
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and account teams to deliver integrated campaign solutions
