Truist is seeking a Wealth Support Specialist to join our growing wealth management team in Atlanta, Fulton County. In this full-time role, you'll provide essential administrative and client-facing support that enables our advisors to deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.

About the Role

The Wealth Support Specialist plays a critical operational role within Truist's wealth management division. You'll work directly with wealth advisors and their clients, ensuring smooth execution of administrative tasks, flawless documentation, and responsive client service. Based in our Atlanta, Fulton County office, you'll be the organizational backbone that keeps complex client relationships running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day client communications and coordinate scheduling for advisor meetings
• Prepare and organize client account documentation, account summaries, and financial records
• Process account-related transactions and updates, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist advisors with client onboarding activities and account setup workflows
• Maintain organized client files and monitor follow-up items requiring advisor attention
• Respond to routine client service inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Support special projects and ad-hoc requests from wealth management leadership
