Utilities Service, LLC is seeking a skilled Trimmer Climber-NON-UNION to join its team in Dickson, Dickson County on a full‑time basis.

About the Role

This position involves working aloft to maintain and manage vegetation around utility infrastructure. The role is essential for ensuring reliable service and public safety while adhering to industry standards and company policies.

What You'll Do

• Trim, prune, and remove trees, branches, and trunk sections near power lines and equipment.
• Operate, inspect, and maintain all necessary tools and equipment, including chainsaws, pole saws, and climbing gear.
• Follow established safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company safety programs while working at heights.
• Communicate progress and hazards to crew leads and supervisors in a timely manner.
• Perform routine equipment service, such as sharpening blades, checking fuel levels, and documenting maintenance.
• Assist with site cleanup and proper disposal of debris in accordance with environmental guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a tree trimmer, line clearance worker, or similar arboriculture role.
• Ability to safely climb poles and work aloft for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; CDL preferred but not required.
• Physical stamina to handle demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for servicing tools and equipment.
