Join Target's inbound operations team in Jersey City, Hudson County, as a Part-Time Stocking Associate on the 4am shift. This position offers a starting hourly rate of $19.00, with a pay range of $19.00 to $28.50 per hour as you gain experience and demonstrate your value to the team.

About the Role

As an Inbound (Stocking) associate, you'll be the backbone of Target's warehouse operations. Your work ensures that stores remain fully stocked with the products our customers depend on every day. You'll handle incoming merchandise with precision and care, maintaining the flow that keeps Target's supply chain running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments from vendors and distribution centers
• Unload, sort, and organize products for distribution to Target store locations
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain detailed records of received goods
• Ensure proper stock rotation to meet quality and freshness standards
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support team members to meet daily operational goals and timelines

What We're Looking For
