Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that advance the school's academic mission and reputation
• Oversee curriculum development, accreditation compliance, and program quality assurance
• Lead recruitment, mentoring, and professional development for faculty and staff
• Manage financial resources, budgets, and external funding opportunities
• Build and strengthen relationships with industry partners, alumni, and hospitality organizations
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that supports innovation and student learning outcomes
• Represent the school in university governance and community engagement activities

What We're Looking For

• Earned doctorate in hospitality management, tourism, business administration, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in academic administration or higher education leadership
• Strong background in hospitality, tourism, or a complementary industry sector
• Track record of effective fiscal management and resource development
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams of faculty and staff

Position Details
