About the Role
As a Regional Property Manager with Roers Companies, you'll lead strategic and operational initiatives for our portfolio of multifamily properties in Arizona and Texas. In this full-time position, you'll manage talented teams, optimize property performance, and drive growth for a nationally recognized real estate leader.
What You'll Do
- Direct all operational functions of assigned multifamily properties across Arizona and Texas
- Build and lead high-performing on-site management teams to deliver superior resident satisfaction
- Manage property budgets, financial performance, and operational KPIs to drive profitability
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local housing regulations
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance occupancy rates, resident retention, and revenue growth
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities
- Cultivate strong community relationships and represent Roers Companies in the Arizona and Texas markets
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience managing multifamily residential properties or similar real estate operations
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate property management teams
- Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance, lease administration, and property management best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with property management systems and standard office software
- Sound analytical skills and meticulous attention to financial and operational reporting
- Ability and willingness to reside in Arizona or Texas
