Managing Attorney

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is seeking a Managing Attorney to lead legal operations and client management across our national creditor rights practice based in the US.

About the Role

As Managing Attorney, you'll oversee key legal matters, mentor and supervise attorney staff, and ensure the highest standards of compliance and ethics in our representation of creditor clients. This full-time position combines hands-on legal work with management responsibilities, positioning you at the center of one of the nation's most respected creditor rights law firms.

What You'll Do

• Direct and supervise attorney and support staff on complex creditor representation matters
• Manage client relationships and ensure assertive, ethical representation aligned with firm standards
• Develop and implement compliance protocols, monitoring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal procedures
• Oversee case strategy, legal documentation, and litigation support for debt collection and consumer law matters
• Maintain and enhance firm reputation for integrity, expertise, and client service excellence
• Contribute to business development and client retention within the creditor rights sector
• Collaborate with firm leadership on operational strategy and legal positioning

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar license in one or more US states
• Minimum 7+ years of legal practice experience, with substantial involvement in creditor representation, debt collection, or consumer finance law
• Demonstrated management experience supervising attorneys or legal teams
• Strong knowledge of creditor rights law, consumer protection statutes, and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to legal ethics, professional responsibility, and client advocacy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
