About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll be the backbone of our property maintenance operations. You'll handle everything from preventive maintenance to emergency repairs, coordinating directly with residents and property managers to keep our properties running smoothly. Whether you're addressing routine maintenance needs or troubleshooting complex equipment issues, your work makes a real difference in residents' everyday lives.
What You'll Do
- Respond to and process maintenance requests and work orders from tenants and residents
- Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, appliances, and equipment
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues before they become problems
- Maintain common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and shared facilities, to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Execute repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components within scope of expertise
- Document all maintenance activities and keep detailed records for compliance and tracking
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors when specialized services are needed
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations
- Ensure all work meets safety codes and company standards
