About the Role

As a Lane Server at Lucky Strike Entertainment in Edmond, you'll be at the center of the guest experience. You'll work directly with customers to ensure every lane visit is memorable, engaging, and packed with fun. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to thrive in an energetic, social atmosphere where no two shifts are exactly the same.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests to their lanes with a friendly demeanor and provide clear guidance on setup and game play
• Assist customers with scoring, equipment selection, and any questions about their bowling experience
• Keep lanes clean, safe, and well-maintained while ensuring all equipment operates smoothly
• Deliver attentive, responsive customer service that creates positive interactions and encourages return visits
• Process transactions and help coordinate food and beverage orders for groups
• Support team members and contribute to the energetic, welcoming atmosphere throughout the venue

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify
• Strong verbal communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for customer service
