About the Role
As an In-Home Caregiver/DSP, you will provide support to children and adults receiving services under the 245D waiver program. The position focuses on helping individuals maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes, with no personal care duties required.
What You'll Do- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.
- Follow individualized care plans to promote skill development and community integration.
- Ensure a safe, respectful environment while offering companionship and encouragement.
- Document observations and communicate any changes to the supervisory team.
- Participate in paid training sessions to strengthen your understanding of 245D waiver requirements and best practices.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within Anoka and surrounding areas.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet state health and safety requirements.
