About the Role
As a Carton Machine Operator on the 2nd shift, you'll be essential to Conagra Brands' packaging and production operations. This full-time position requires hands-on equipment management, real-time quality oversight, and seamless coordination with the production team to deliver finished goods on schedule.
What You'll Do
- Operate cartooning machinery, monitoring performance and adjusting settings to maintain consistent output quality
- Pack and prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper handling throughout the process
- Complete production logs, quality reports, and all required documentation promptly and accurately
- Conduct regular equipment checks and report any mechanical issues or production concerns to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards, and quality guidelines
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines
