What You'll Do
- Assist with internal and external communications projects and campaigns
- Support press release development, media outreach, and journalist relations
- Contribute to corporate marketing materials and brand communications
- Help create and edit digital and print content for consistency and clarity
- Research industry trends, competitive communications, and publishing developments
- Proofread and refine internal and external communications materials
- Support company events, webinars, and communications initiatives
- Assist with social media content development and management
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Current university enrollment or recent graduate status
- Genuine interest in communications, marketing, publishing, or related disciplines
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and within teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or comparable software
- Interest in academic publishing and scholarly communications (preferred)
