Position Summary

Sage is seeking a motivated Corporate Communications Intern to support our communications team at our Vestal office. This paid, part-time role offers 15–25 hours per week of hands-on experience in a dynamic publishing environment, scheduled during standard business hours. The internship begins summer 2025 and may continue into subsequent semesters based on your performance and ongoing interest in the field.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As our Corporate Communications Intern, you'll work directly with the communications team on meaningful projects including:

• Drafting, editing, and proofreading internal communications, newsletters, and web content
• Supporting the development and distribution of company announcements and press materials
• Assisting with social media content strategy and posting
• Researching industry trends and competitor communications practices
• Coordinating logistics for internal events and company gatherings
• Gathering and organizing materials for communications campaigns

What We're Looking For

We're looking for organized, detail-oriented communicators who bring strong writing skills and genuine curiosity about the publishing industry. Ideal candidates will have:

• Current enrollment in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field
