EnthuZiastic is hiring a Growth Hacker for a remote, full-time position based in Binghamton, Broome County. We're seeking a driven growth professional to architect and execute strategies that scale our community and deepen member engagement.
About the Role
As our Growth Hacker, you'll own the end-to-end growth function — from user acquisition and retention to activation and expansion. You'll combine data-driven experimentation, creative problem-solving, and rapid iteration to identify what works and scale it. This is a high-autonomy role where you'll directly impact how many people discover and thrive within our community.
What You'll Do
- Design and run growth experiments across channels — testing messaging, positioning, acquisition tactics, and user onboarding flows
- Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and cohort performance to identify growth bottlenecks and opportunities
- Build and optimize activation sequences that move new members from sign-up through their first meaningful engagement
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new features or community initiatives
- Track KPIs, maintain growth dashboards, and report on progress and learnings
- Collaborate across product, marketing, and community teams to align on growth priorities and execution
- Test and refine retention and engagement tactics to maximize lifetime value
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record growing user bases, communities, or platforms through experimentation and scrappy problem-solving
- Fluency with analytics tools, data interpretation, and statistical thinking — you make decisions based on evidence
- Comfort with spreadsheets, SQL, or light coding; ability to move fast without perfect data
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and iterate rapidly
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Passion for community, connection, and helping people grow — genuine alignment with our mission
