About the Role

As Manager of Workforce Operations, you'll own the end-to-end execution of our recruitment and staffing operations. This is a full-time position where you'll partner with hiring managers, talent acquisition teams, and cross-functional leaders to build efficient, scalable systems that fuel Indeed's growth. You'll analyze hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement across our workforce planning and onboarding processes.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
• Oversee recruitment workflows, requisition management, and hiring timelines across departments
• Design and manage onboarding programs that enable new hires to succeed quickly
• Track key recruitment metrics and present insights to leadership to inform decision-making
• Coordinate with HR, recruiting, and business teams to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently
• Optimize workforce operations tools, systems, and processes to reduce administrative burden
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies
• Manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in workforce operations, talent acquisition, human resources, or related functions
• Demonstrated success managing complex recruitment and staffing operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technology platforms
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
