Supervisor – Call Center (Temporary, Remote McAllen, TX)

Maximus is hiring a Call Center Supervisor to lead operations during a temporary, seasonal assignment based in the Minot, Ward County area. This remote, part-time position provides six to eight weeks of structured work managing customer service representatives and meeting critical performance goals from your home office.

About the Role

As Call Center Supervisor, you'll provide frontline leadership and support to customer service representatives, driving success against program objectives and service level agreements. Your direct involvement in team coaching, performance monitoring, and quality assurance will be essential to maintaining service standards and enabling representative success throughout this temporary seasonal assignment.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor customer service representatives to consistently meet program objectives and service level agreements
• Provide first-level leadership, guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to assigned team members
• Monitor call quality metrics, handle times, abandonment rates, and customer satisfaction scores
• Address performance gaps and provide real-time, constructive feedback to support improvement
• Maintain a positive, engaged, and productive team environment while working remotely
• Report on team performance indicators and program status to senior management

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory, team lead, or coaching experience, ideally in customer service or call center settings
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities
• Ability to analyze performance against metrics and drive accountability
• Excellent verbal and written communication and coaching skills
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting with reliable internet connectivity
• Familiarity with contact center technology, call management systems, and operational processes
