About the Role

As a Personal Trainer with Svetness Personal Training, you'll deliver customized fitness experiences directly to clients in their homes across Riverside. What You'll Do

• Conduct fitness assessments and evaluate each client's current fitness level and goals
• Design personalized workout programs tailored to individual needs, abilities, and objectives
• Lead training sessions with proper form, technique, and motivation
• Monitor and track client progress, adjusting programs as needed for continued results
• Provide guidance on fitness principles, exercise execution, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain a safe training environment and ensure client safety during all sessions
• Build strong client relationships and inspire commitment to long-term fitness goals

What We're Looking For

• Current personal training certification from a recognized fitness organization
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, fitness programming, and client safety
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Physical fitness and stamina to demonstrate exercises and train actively
• Reliability and professionalism in all client interactions
• Ability to work independently and manage your own client schedule
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
