About the Role

As Data Manager, you'll own the data lifecycle across retail and commerce media initiatives—from strategy and governance through insights and reporting. Your work bridges data teams, marketing strategists, and creative professionals, ensuring that customer intelligence directly informs every decision and creative output. You'll manage data quality, oversee analytics infrastructure, and ensure metrics align with business objectives in a fast-moving, tech-forward environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement data governance frameworks that ensure accuracy and consistency across commerce media initiatives
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics solutions that translate complex data into actionable insights
• Partner with commerce and marketing teams to define KPIs, track performance, and identify opportunities for optimization
• Oversee data quality, data pipelines, and analytics tools; troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
• Lead data discovery sessions and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations for stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with project needs and business goals

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence roles
• Proficiency with data visualization tools, SQL, and analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, or media metrics and performance drivers
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
• Experience managing data governance, data quality, or analytics infrastructure
