About the Role
We're looking for dedicated Fleet Technicians to join our team in Arcadia, WI. This is a full-time position where your expertise in truck and trailer maintenance directly impacts our operations and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on diesel-powered trucks to ensure reliability and safety
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with commercial fleet vehicles
- Service and repair trailers, including braking systems, suspension, and structural components
- Follow manufacturer specifications and industry best practices for all maintenance work
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet fleet uptime goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a diesel technician or fleet mechanic
- Strong knowledge of truck engines, transmissions, and brake systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
- ASE certification or similar credentials are a plus
Schedule and Compensation
We have positions available with different scheduling arrangements. Diesel Technician roles operate on a 7-day on/7-day off rotation with hours from 4:00 AM to 4:30 PM, while Trailer Technician positions work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Compensation ranges from $24 to $35 per hour based on your experience level. Shift differentials and certification incentive pay may apply.
