About the Role
As a Home-Based Therapist with A TEAM YOUTH & FAMILY LLC, you'll work at the center of family healing, meeting clients where they live and delivering therapy tailored to their unique circumstances. Your work directly supports children and families navigating behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges in their natural home environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and families
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions addressing behavioral, emotional, and relational concerns
- Build therapeutic rapport and guide families toward sustainable behavioral change and improved functioning
- Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Collaborate with school systems, pediatricians, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care
- Provide psychoeducation and coaching to family members, strengthening their capacity to support the child
- Complete clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in clinical social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field
- Current professional licensure (LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or equivalent) in Indiana
- Demonstrated experience providing therapy to children and families
- Strong cultural competency and ability to engage diverse populations with respect and authenticity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional development
